Dr. Kong begins by making three tiny holes, less than 1mm in width, with one made under the chin and one behind each ear.\u00a0A local anesthetic is introduced to numb the areas and a thin fiber optic wire is inserted through the three incisions. Then a thin tube, or \u201ccannula\u201d is used to remove small amounts of fat.<\/p>\n
